One example: cybersecurity awareness. The same approach can be tailored to AI and other subjects. All details are fictional.
Equipment can be expensive. Materials run out. Some experiments are too risky—or too difficult to set up—for every student to repeat. A virtual lab gives learners more opportunities to practise without using physical equipment or materials each time.
Students adjust variables, observe results and try again in a simulated environment. It can prepare them for a physical lab or extend practice beyond it. Interactive courses guide learners through ideas and decisions; virtual labs let them investigate how a process or system behaves.
